All shipments are allotted TWO hours of free time for loading or unloading while the Driver waits. Detention time applies to wait time at destination/delivery location (time starts when carrier arrives at location) and applies to all loaded or empty container movements. (Updated 2/1/2023)
TWO hours free load/unload, after free time = $100/hr paid in 15 min increments. After the 4th hour, fee increases to $150/hr, paid in 15 minute increments. (Updated 1/19/2023) .
Should detention time continue to the point that, at the completion of the loading/unloading, the driver is restricted by his HOS, forcing him into a 10-hour or 34-hour reset, a layover fee of $295 will be charged, in addition to applicable detention fees.

A DRY RUN charge is equal to the original Line Haul + FSC.
One half of the Line Haul + FSC will be charged for each bob-tail (one-way) that occurs in a drop & hook scenario
Progression Transport, LLC will not knowingly transport gross vehicle weight GVW in excess of applicable state statutes. Progression transport, LLC will not be responsible for any charges, fines, citations, or other liabilities as a result of hauling loads in violation of weight regulations. Any overweight citation or fine is chargeable at cost plus fifteen percent (15%).
NOTE (Exports) - Customer WILL be charged an additional fee of $500 per state traveled, if container weight was under-stated, and after loaded, results in a gross vehicle weight GVW in excess of applicable state statutes.

When customer, consignee, and/or load docs misrepresent weight of container (ex. Customer and/or consignee under-represents container's weight legal weight = under 40k lbs), a misstated weight fee of $285 may be charged, in addition to the normal overweight and permit fees. Progression transport, LLC will not be responsible for any charges, fines, citations, or other liabilities as a result of hauling loads in violation of weight regulations. Any overweight citation or fine is chargeable at cost plus fifteen percent (15%).
A $300.00 Hazmat Fee will be charged for all Hazmat loads. For exports: If hazmat placards are not provided at the time of loading, a Placard Fee of $75 will be charged.
A $300.00 Reefer Fee will be charged for all reefer loads. The following charges may also apply:
we provide ISO tank heating for our clients, heating is $85.00 an hour
if you have a flat rack, and the cargo needs to be strapped/secured there's a $300.00 securement charge. We DO NOT supply straps, if you need straps they can be provided for a fee
Although we make every attempt to pull containers as close to the delivery date as possible, we can not guarantee the date we will have availability to pull. All containers will be pulled at our earliest convenience, in order to ensure deliveries are made on time and to prevent unwanted demurrage charges. However, chassis and storage fees will apply,
